Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team on weekends! This support role includes cashier duties, drink preparation, and closing tasks to ensure smooth operations. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work every weekend. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Who Are We Looking For

• The minimum age to apply is 16 years old

• You are enrolled in BTS or a higher educational institution

• Weekend work is a must and non-negotiable. If you are not able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, unfortunately, we will have to reject your application

• Someone passionate about tea & boba

• Ability to create a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Good teamwork

• Work experience in the HORECA industry is an advantage but not mandatory

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and preparation

• Languages – English is compulsory. Luxembourgish, French, German and/or Mandarin Chinese are an advantage

• Eligible to work in Luxembourg

What Are You Going To Do

• Greeting and taking orders from customers in-store

• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

• Brewing a high-quality tea in line with our recipes

• Preparing and serving drinks

• Helping with controlling waste and maintaining all standards at all times

• Operating a POS system and handling the payments from customers

• Team tasks such as cleaning common areas, and organising your place of work.

• Helping to open/close the shop

• Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

What We Offer

• Estimated Start Date – 15th of March 2025

• Fixed-term contract of a minimum 3 months. Extension possible based on individual performance and store needs

• Hourly Salary is based on the age

  • 16-17 years old - €11.43/hour

  • 17-18 years old - €12.19/hour

  • 18 years old - €14.24/hour

• Full training

• Working hours are up to 15h/week. Mostly Saturday and Sunday.
